Poles are becoming more and more interested in a good appearance and healthy lifestyle, and they look for knowledge on this subject mainly on the Internet. Ewa Chodakowska remains their greatest inspiration. Her advice is much more frequently sought by internet users than by Anna Lewandowska. Over the last four months, as many as 13,000 entries about Chodakowska and 4,000 about Anna Lewandowska were published on the Internet.

The analysis of the Media Monitoring Institute shows that in the period from 1 March to 1 July, more than 320,000 pieces of information about weight loss appeared on the Internet and social media, of which 290,000 on social networking sites alone. Poles most often talked about a healthy lifestyle and ways to lose weight on Facebook - there were as many as 170 thousand mentions on this subject. Poles took care of a good shape for their holidays early - most references to weight loss appeared between 9 and 15 March. The most popular trainers - Ewa Chodakowska and Anna Lewandowska - answered Internet users' questions. Nearly 20,000 pieces of information were published about them, most of the comments were positive.

- There were about 13.5 thousand publications about Ewa Chodakowska and about 4.5 thousand about Anna Lewandowska. If there were already negative comments, they concerned mainly the rivalry between the trainers, but both women say no to it, stating that each of them does their own and respect each other's activities - says Newseria Karolina Masalska from the Media Monitoring Institute.

A healthy lifestyle

Both trainers have become very popular on social networks, especially on Facebook and Instagram, on which their activities are focused. Ewa Chodakowska has over 1.6 million fans on Facebook and Anna Lewandowska - over 0.5 million. Chodakowska focuses primarily on showing the effects of her actions by posting metamorphoses of her fans on Facebook. Anna Lewandowska, on the other hand, focuses on providing information on diets.

- Poles eagerly spend their time outdoors, in parks or restaurants with healthy food. They deal mainly with topics related to being fit, i.e. diet and exercise. Both trainers help Poles in effective form preservation and make being fit above our other activities - says Karolina Masalska.

On the Internet, Poles are mainly looking for information about diet. They want to know which products should be eliminated from the menu in order to lose weight, which dietary components are essential for the proper functioning of the body and which supplements should be used.
