Lying on a blanket with a book in your hand and blissful doing nothing is not for you? Good weather also encourages activity, such as cycling. A bike tour is a good idea both if you have 1-2 hours in the afternoon on a working day, and if you want to go somewhere for a whole weekend day. You can leave just like that, into the unknown. But it's better if you plan your route, even if it's outline. This is especially important if you are going on a family trip. Select the distance so that the condition and age allow each user to reach the finish line. A short ride in the park? Or maybe there is a bicycle trail nearby, which would be worth crossing? The choice is yours. Just make sure there is a bottle of something to drink in your bike carrier.
Nordic walking
Walks with poles have become extremely popular in recent years. Contrary to appearances, they are not intended exclusively for seniors. What do Nordic Walking poles give you?
