Juice detox is designed to cleanse the body and help the liver regenerate. It consists in taking only liquids during the whole diet. Juice detox can be used by anyone. The condition, however, is to do it wisely and wisely. As Alicja Kalińska explains, the detox should last for a maximum of a few days, because if we are not accustomed to such a diet, it can cause a large number of deficiencies in our body. You cannot switch to a detox diet overnight. It is necessary to prepare oneself properly by applying the elimination diet in advance.
