Training plan

All the people working on their bodies are talking about what training gives the best results. Especially novice athletes are wondering whether it is better to train in the morning or maybe in the evening.

Fasting training

It is also often asked about the effectiveness of fasting training. So what is the best solution?

Unfortunately, there is no unambiguous answer to this question that would satisfy everyone. In most cases, it's all about adapting the training to our abilities, so when we have time to practice. There are people who can and want to exercise in the morning, because then they have the most energy, but there are also those for whom training in the evening is a better solution, because it allows them to relax.

Is it worth training on an empty stomach?

Although fasting training is quite controversial, it is not justified. Many people think that it can be harmful, but as in any other case, it all depends on our personal preferences. If after waking up we feel good and have enough strength to do the exercises, we can do it calmly. But if the effort on fasting causes us problems and we feel weak, it is absolutely necessary to give up activity without eating a meal.

Exercises in the afternoon

Not without reason, most trainers decide to exercise regularly in the afternoon. According to most specialists, this is the best time for effort, mainly because we are already stimulated enough. Our muscles are warmed up, thus reducing the risk of injury, and after lunch, we have the necessary energy. It is also worth mentioning that after the training in the afternoon, in the evening, we no longer have such a big appetite for a snack before dinner. Of course, the big advantage of exercises at this time of the day is that they are simply relaxing for us.

Exercises in the evening

Evening is for many people the only moment when they can afford to do the exercises, so evening training is quite popular. At this time our body reaches a good temperature for exercise and an appropriate level of hormones. However, it should be remembered that pre-sleep training can also lead to excessive awakening, which makes it difficult for some people to fall asleep later on. So if you don't want to get tired at night, the exercises must be moderate.

When we sleep, our whole body regenerates, including our muscles, so they should not be stretched just before going to bed. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid cardio or interval exercises in the evening. Instead, you can choose to participate in yoga classes, for example.

Summary

There is no clear answer to which training is most suitable for everyone. Therefore, the observation of our body remains, both during and after the training. Some will feel great after the morning exercises, which will awaken them and add energy, while others will appreciate the relaxing power of effort in the evening. Regardless of the time we choose for ourselves, the most important thing is to exercise regularly, always properly warm up our body and provide it with good regeneration through a valuable post-workout meal.
