TRX Training is a set of body mass oriented exercises, which is an integral part of the belt package with the option of adjustment. TRX tapes can be suspended in every corner of the house or outside, which makes such exercises a great substitute for a gym. Thanks to TRX it is possible to evenly expand and strengthen the muscles, although the joints and spine are not under any load.

TRX training, i.e. exercises using suspended straps, is an invention of a former US commander. It's about Mr. Navy Seals, who wanted to find the best way to train soldiers stationed in military bases scattered around the globe. The range of belts designed by Navy was so light, handy and durable that it made it possible to perform a whole range of different strength exercises, which did not exclude even the least favourable conditions. Over time, professional athletes, coaches and fitness amateurs have also started to use TRX tapes. They were all connected by looking for an effective replacement for expensive equipment that could only be seen in the walls of the gym.

TRX tapes - how to train?

TRX training requires only one tool - specialist V-shaped straps made of extremely durable yet lightweight polymer. Such belts do not pose any problems in transport, so training with them is also possible on a trip or during the holidays. They can be hung in every corner of the closed room, as well as on the outside, which can be done with a whisk. One end of the straps must be attached to a stable point and the other two cables with grips are intended to be held in the hands or attached to the feet (supported by the hands on the ground).

Original TRX tapes, which can be purchased in a package with bonus components, such as a handle for hanging straps on the door, will be the most useful for training. An extension strap or transport bag is also available. There is also a cheaper option, i.e. buying only tapes with handles or making the equipment yourself, which can be useful e.g. for climbing rope or transport tapes.

During TRX training, muscle work resists gravity and tries to bear the weight of the trainee. This solution enables even muscle progression without overloading the spine and joints, which is impossible in the context of various exercises with the use of complex machines in gyms. During exercises with TRX, a number of muscle groups work in parallel and "at one stroke", including deep muscles, responsible for the right posture and a stable figure. TRX effectively helps to increase strength, but also contributes to greater endurance and balance. In addition, it protects the traffic system, making injuries and overloading a thing of the past.

TRX training - to whom is it dedicated?

Such a training is dedicated to each person, regardless of the degree of their training so far. Suspension exercises are able (e.g. for women) to make the silhouette slimmer and firmer. In men, they mainly contribute to the carving of every part of the muscles, including the so-called radiator. There are different levels of difficulty, which can be freely adjusted by changing the angle of inclination of the body in relation to the ground. The whole training consists of about three hundred variants. It is therefore an interesting enrichment of standard and schematic exercises known from gyms.
