If you want to positively surprise your body, reach for juices! Vegetable, fruity and compositions combining the qualities of both fruit and vegetables. Addition of wheat grass, germs or vegetable milk. Dense or thinner, colourful, with or without fruit particles. Juices are a whole palette of flavors, of which the most demanding (and selective!), are able to find a composition perfect for themselves.

Daily and party juice

We should consume both fruit and vegetables on a daily basis. We focus on more of the former, because they are not calorific, and the richness of vegetable raw materials allows us to create an almost unlimited number of juice blends. This does not mean that the fruits will not be conducive to our silhouette. We only need to know how to use them.

It is recommended to consume five portions of fruit and vegetables each day, with a predominance of the former. Unfortunately, our menu is usually poor in these recommended portions. We do not have time to prepare the salad or peel, cut and pack selected raw materials. The end result? We do not cover the daily requirements for individual vitamins, minerals and other important ingredients. Juices come to our aid. We can prepare them much faster, drink them at any time, and we can fit in them as much raw material as we are not able to eat in a solid form.

Vegetable juice, fruit juice or fruit and vegetable juice, we can take with us to work, to school and on a trip. It will be a snack or, depending on the selected ingredients, it will replace one of the meals consumed every day. If so far we have been eager to reach for sweets, we will choose juices with the addition of fruit, which are sweet and will be a healthy alternative. In turn, when salty snacks speak to us, let's replace them with vegetable juice. It is a guarantee not only of supplying valuable ingredients to the body, but also of inhibiting the unrestrained appetite for unhealthy products.

We can even serve juices at a party! Colourful compositions served in glasses-jars, supplemented with a finger and coloured straw like a drink, with a glass edge sprinkled with sugar or salt. Such a drink will complement every "home". The only thing to remember is that instead of buying juices, you should prepare them yourself. It's much more possibilities, but also benefits, and you just have to choose a slow-running squeezer. Products from shop shelves will not offer us a combination of flavours that we can create on our own, surprising all our guests. It is also a great opportunity to take care of your health in a natural way.

Juice in a dozen or so minutes!

Magic quarter is a new definition in our menu. And we don't mean a quarter of a student's time, but the one needed for the body to take advantage of the values of freshly squeezed juices. This is enough time for the human body to let the most important ingredients from juices circulate in the blood. In addition, we are dealing with a form that is the easiest to digest for the digestive system.

How to drink juices?

Freshly prepared juice with a squeezer is best drunk immediately after preparation. We drink small sips so that the body has a moment for calm digestion. However, if you want to prepare more, remember to store it in the fridge, up to a maximum of 48 hours. The longer our valuable beverage "stands", the more valuable ingredients are irretrievably lost.

Another important remark - the body needs time to get used to higher doses of minerals, vitamins, enzymes or antioxidants than it has been exposed to them so far. Do not throw your body in deep water, immediately including a large amount of juices into your daily menu. Let's plan a place for them in your menu, but with head and reason. After all, it is supposed to be a pleasure to drink delicious juices and not a katorga for the digestive system.

Top
