Some of you will answer for sure that these holidays are associated with unforgettable flavors. How many of you mention that grandmother baked the best dumplings, the taste of which you still feel today. It is also eleven other dishes that appeared on the table during the family Christmas Eve. However, the most important cake (or rather a cake) that should appear in every house is gingerbread, or more precisely gingerbread. It is a well-known truth that ginger thins should be baked at least one month before Christmas Eve. Our great-grandmothers and grandmothers repeated this fact and always made good gingerbreads. So we should listen to them.

The recipe for ginger thins may vary from person to person. Someone may have more orange peel, someone may not have it included in the recipe at all. First of all, each recipe should include several ingredients, such as flour, gingerbread spice, honey, eggs and butter. In what amount, it depends on how many exactly you will be doing them.
