The weight loss process is tedious and lengthy. It is also often associated with changing eating habits for life. But it does not necessarily involve tortures and sacrifices.

We can highlight the crisis in three main areas. The first one is the moment when the scale stops. We expect it to continue to fall, because we follow a strict diet. Suddenly, at some point, the scale stops for a week, two or even longer. What is the advice for this?
- First of all, it is necessary to prepare mentally for the process of reduction. To prepare for the fact that stopping the weight during weight loss is a completely correct stage and does not mean that the diet we have chosen is inappropriate for us - Monika Honory advises.
The second stage is the time when we expect the weight to fall, that we will lose more kilograms, but in fact it is slower. This is natural, the human body needs time for everything. How to prepare for this period?
- First of all, trust yourself and your body and believe that if we have chosen a healthy way of weight loss, our body will surely know best how fast and how many kilograms to get rid of - explains Monika Honory.
The third, difficult stage is the moment of temptation. Time when we want to reach for something that is forbidden in a given diet, what we should not eat. How to protect yourself from such a moment?
- You should simply choose diets that are not restrictive diets. You should choose diets that are varied. Which will provide us with a wealth of flavors, fragrances, and thus also nutrients. It is also very important to be supported by our loved ones, friends, but also by groups of people who pursue the same goal," says the author of the program "Transformations according to Monika Honora" and adds. - Every crisis can be tamed by preparing for the worse moments. The crisis is a momentary stop on the way to achieving your goal.
