As the dietitian explains, there are also such products that are highly recommended in diets for reduction. Example? Grapefruit, numerous lettuces. - When we eat, for example, three boxes of lettuce, it will take some time before the body processes it, and we delivered calories almost at all. The same will be the situation with pineapple, but on the other hand we have to pay attention to the sugar that is there," explains Justyna Mizera.

Effective diet

- To sum up, a negative calorie diet is not a magic recipe for a beautiful and slender silhouette," says the sports nutritionist and advises. - You have to move, balance your diet and not starve yourself using only products that give only negative calories.
